Rating process
Our approach combines the thoroughness and independence of a rating mission with the flexibility of an evaluation adapted to the local context. The rating process, lead by a Senior Analyst supported by other analysts as necessary, is the following:

> Thorough review of operations through on-site information verification, interviews and field visits | > Preliminary conclusions shared with management team and BOD members during the debriefing session | > Rating committees led by members of our executive board who did not participate in the mission |
During the on-site mission, our analysts assess the institution's management and information system, interview board members, management team, staff (mainly credit officers) and clients.
