Rating process
Our approach combines the thoroughness and independence of a rating mission with the flexibility of an evaluation adapted to the local context.
The evaluation is based on the analysis of the MFI's financial performance via financial statements and portfolio quality reports. We also assess the institution's management and information system, interview board members, management team, staff (mainly credit officers) and clients.
